The 2012 Chuck's Fest Menu has been unveiled!

Hey bloggers, here it is, the lineup for this year's 2012 Chuck's Fest Menu. Start salivating now because September 7th is just around the corner and I don't know about you but this menu has it all!

BBQ:

-Pulled Pork
-Hot Link Bites
-Jamaican Jerk Wings
-Honey-Chipotle Chicken
-Cajun Corn

Mexican:

-Cream of Poblano Soup
-Fish Tacos
-Cochinita Pibil
-Tamale Casserole
-Chuck’s Bowl of Red
-Mole Amarillo Quesadilla

Cajun:

-Fried Alligator
-Cajun Crab Cakes
-Shrimp Po’ Boys
-Seafood Gumbo
-Poorman’s Jambalaya
-Abita Mussels
-Jalapeno Cheddar Hushpuppies
-Cajun Italian Beef

On Saturday we will be smoking goat with Birreria Zaragozza

Desserts:
-Fried Oreos
-Peach Cobbler
-Bananas Foster
-Funnel Cakes

**Of course this menu is subject to change, but I think we can all agree, you will go to the fest hungry, but you certainly won't leave there hungry.
